“I didn’t feel panic. I felt peace.”

Brad’s life was moving fast—too fast to feel, to think, to face what was underneath it all.

But then came the lights. The impact. The stillness.

And in that moment—just before his car collided with a semi—he let go.

This wasn’t a metaphor. It was surrender in its purest form. A total release of control.

But what he found on the other side of that release wasn’t fear. It was presence. It was peace.

And that was the shift.

Not when the car stopped. Not when he walked away. But when he realized he’d been absent from his own life for too long—and the crash was what finally woke him up.
